Toro has been in town where he isn't exactly new or old, but every Moo knows him by his build, horns, and the scars on his body. He is a dancer at one of the clubs in town, charming those who prefer a larger male and a deep moo to woo those that he entertains. He loves to entertain the ladies and dazzle them with his size. He is also the owner of an after dark club called Milkmen's.

Bold, charismatic, protective, and sexual at times, the only difference from his stage persona and off stage is how grumpy he can get. He isn't a violent Moo, but will defend those who need it. He generally wears his flannel shirts and jeans when not on stage, stopping by the Brewed for You for a black coffee is his favorite thing along with learning new dance moves on the pole and off it.
