Just a douchebag people should generally avoid. He's selfish and reckless and wouldn't hesitate to be quite pushy once he finds an interest in someone. He doesn't really have friends, let alone a romantic partner, only aquaintances that tolerate him. The closest he has to lovers are masochists that like when he's rough and degrading. If there's even a hint of sincerety and goodwill in him he manages to hide it expertly.

As a young adult he lived and worked on a farm outside of Bovine Bluffs. Apparently it didn't go well so he eventually moved into town and scraped by through whatever means available to him. It's not like he manages to hold a job for long. He definitely has spent nights outdoors before.

If he just buried everything good deep within him or if he's actually just a sociopath incapable of feeling genuine empathy remains a mystery for now.
