Talia Mintcream is a student at the local college of Bovine Bluffs. Although somewhat reserved, they are studying to become a chocolatier. They take building relationships seriously, and it may take some time and effort to establish trust. Once they do, however, they often share experimental chocolate creations to gauge others' reactions and determine whether they're worth producing in larger quantities. Talia's Mini-Moo, Min-Min, is one of their closest confidants.
