Jasper is the sugar daddy of any and all sugar-daddy-needing moos. Mostly Belle, because she just loves coming back again and again to bully him. He wasn't sure what to think when she learned his hair was both long and strong enough to restrain him (She knows he can afford any kind of rope she would want, right?) But hey, she's damn cute and confident and sassy.

When not tied up in his own hair at home, Jasper is rarely found off of his own property. Often sending others to do his shopping and errands for him, the secretive, alluring pheromoo has rumors and speculations abound among residents that don't know him.
