Learned from the Best | Prank Injury

Raptor hissed slightly as the soap went over the scratch on her face, but honestly what hurt more than her injury was the look on Enzo's face. He looked downright angry, and Enzo was almost never angry at her! The two of them were silent for the most part as Enzo cleaned up Raptor- or as silent as it could be before Raptor started asking dumb questions.

"Are you mad at me?" Simple question to start with, which was immediately met with a sigh. "No, Raptor. I'm not mad at you." Another small moment of silence as Enzo wiped the soap off of her face. "Are you upset with me?" Raptor asked, which was basically the same as the previous question to her, just with different wording. "No, I'm not upset with you, I'm just upset that you got yourself hurt. What were you even thinking, scaring me like that? You know when it comes to fight or flight that I'm a fighter."

Raptor pulled her mouth back a bit until it made a straight line across her face, turning her head away from the other Pheromoo. Alright, admittedly, her prank of laying on the ground in a doorway and waiting until Enzo walked around the corner to make a sudden loud noise and spook him wasn't the safest. Especially since Enzo's hooves were made of gemstones...it hurt a lot more to get your face stomped on sharpened gemstones rather than standard hooves. However, Raptor had good reason for wanting to go ahead with the prank. Well, good enough reason in her eyes, whatever that counts for.

"Well, the videos that Rune showed me made it look like it'd be okay."

Those words made Enzo pause right as he was pulling a bandage out from the box. He turned slowly, almost ominously. "Rune told you to do this?" Raptor immediately went on the defensive in response, flailing her arms around and laughing slightly. "Well, not exactly! He just showed me videos and I thought it was funny and he said that maybe I could pull it off because my voice was loud, and I thought that he was right because of course so really it's more my fault than his-" The shorter pheromoo shut her up with a soft press of his finger on his muzzle. Once again, Raptor straightened her mouth into a line and, despite the hair over her eyes doing a fine enough job anyways, tried to avoid eye contact.

More time passed in silence, Raptor shuffling nervously as Enzo finished bandaging her wound. "You're not going to hurt him are you?" Enzo let out something close to a laugh, but Raptor would prefer to call it a loud scoff. "Hurt him? No, Raptor. I may be mad at him, but I'm not angry enough to hurt him over it." He reached for the phone on his wall, pulling the receiver towards himself and starting to dial. "I'm going to get someone else to hurt him."

"Enzo!" She tried to get up and push the phone away from him, but despite being much larger than him, Enzo was still the stronger of the two, effortlessly holding her back as he started to speak to the moo on the other end of the line. Of course, he wouldn't tell them to hurt Rune in any violent manner. Something closer to a brat's punishment than a trip to the hospital. Hell, the little freak might actually enjoy it. But of course he had to try and make it sound worse on the phone, just to mess with Raptor a little bit.

After all, he had to get a little bit of tomfoolery in as well, in his own way.
